NZ$10 Credit in case of any delay
If we fail to deliver your order by Ozerty's latest estimated delivery date, you will receive a NZ$10 credit within 48 hours of that date. This credit will be issued by email as a promo code and can be used on your next order.
Instant resend if package lost
If your package experiences a lack of tracking updates for more than 15 days during transit, you have the option to request a complimentary reshipment. In the event that the original package is eventually delivered to you, you are welcome to keep it at no cost, and there is no need to return it.
Instant resend for damaged items
If you receive your package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that we will promptly issue an immediate resend for those items.
30-Day undelivered resend
If your package isn't delivered within 30 days, you can request a complementary reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend it. If it arrives later, you can keep it at no cost, and there's no need to return it.
